Against a pulsing electro-pop backdrop, she transforms into a howling, heavy-breathing animal, a stark contrast to her "Hips Don't Lie" days. This new direction is no doubt influenced by the A-list talent, including Pharrell, Wyclef Jean, RedOne (who produced Lady Gaga’s “Just Dance”), and Santigold producer John Hill, who collaborated with Shakira for her upcoming album.
