This song is about a lot of things, since she is vague in description you can say it is about this or that....
I think it's about the hypocricy in government, comparing them to drug-dealers.
Which is why the course is "all I want to do is *bang bang and *click and take your money!
That is in reality what corrupt government and cartels do, I don't get why people especially those from "third" world countries get scared once coming to the US.
