Indie crooner AM is putting the finishing touches on his new album with producer Charles Newman (Magnetic Fields). Conceived in Elliot Smith's previous dwelling (now Newman's place of residence) the Tulsa born/ New Orleans raised, current Echo Park resident found inspiration for his new songs in his own deep cut 1960's record collection, fusing intelligent lyrics and his indie pop sensibilities with sparse, psychedelic groove.
