APC deals with love a little....never clearly. Also..the album 13th step is all about addiction and the different perspective it can be seen from. The package - don't need a friend, just want my fix. The Noose - don't feel too all powerful since you overcame drugs, you hurt a lot of people, weak and powerless - Self explanatory...you're weak and powerless to the drug's allure.
