.... Gotta say the obvious .... It's all true ... Live "High" or "Live Low" ..... I choose to "Sing out" ..... I have what I call "expression boards" placed around my home .... The idea being to give myself and others a chance to freely express thoughts .... It's meant to be positive, subliminal messages to carry in your "back-pocket" .... It's been good for me, but particularly my teenage son and his friends .... I have used lyrics from "Cat" often .... Give it a try .... It's amazing how much it sets the tone of my attitude !! ...

Some songs are bigger than others .... This one ?.... Let's just say that "Cat" was the hero during a major stress attack ..... Guess who won ??... NOT the panic attack !!! ..... Thanks, man !
