A nominee for the 2007 NRJ DJ of the year, David Vendetta was a Paris based DJ, producer, and remixer who first made waves in 2002 with the maxi-single "No Sex," release just two years after his decision to enter the DJ business. He joined forces with Roger Sanchez in 2004, and began to remix a number of tracks for his Stealth label. 2006 saw Vendetta hit even higher heights with his release "Love To Love You Baby," which featured samples from the original Donna Summer hit. He also released a more Mediterranean flavored work, Unidos Para La Musica, which featured vocalist Akram Sedkaoui. 2007's Rendez-Vous was also a hit for Vendetta, reaching the top twenty on the French album charts. ~ Chris True, All Music GuideMore
