the vocals on Quiet Houses sound very much like something that The Band would have done. It almost sounds like Levon Helm. Nice.

Their sound is very 60s so I wouldn't necessarily call them one of a kind.
It's as if Seals and Crofts, the Moody Blues and Andrew Bird had a love child.
