Ketsumeishi is a J-pop hip-hop/pop group that formed in 1993. The lineup settled in 1996, with members DJ Kohno, Ookura, Ryo, and Ryoji releasing their first single, "Kocchi Oide," in 1999. The success of the single landed the group a recording deal with Toy's Factory, and the band was able to release its debut full-length a year later. Their subsequent four albums, each titled Ketsu No Police with a consecutive number, were hits, and in 2008 they released their 20th single, "Deai No Kakera." ~ Chris True, All Music GuideMore
