when i clicked up the song, i was actually quite irritated with a few of the neighbor's dogs... and someone tied a cute hound up outside while they went visiting. the poor little bugger howled, whined and yipped for at least a half hour.
so when i got to the song, it was quite ironic. life is ike that sometimes... i don't think there are too many puppies, just not enough people to look out for them. personally, i think it is sad to have a dog in the city. dogs need lotsa space to run and have fun... my last dog was a jack russell and needed a constant companion. i had to give him up because i felt so bad to leave him alone all day while i worked.
