Nope, listen to RK's previous album- much more blink 182. I think their sound changed dramatically for this album

Breakup as in the band is breaking up after this album, or the lyricist went through a breakup and wrote songs about it?

I don't know the story of their beakup. Their website still shows all the members and no mention of a breakup. So is their last gig together?
