How is this not Christian music to you? You're clearly not one of those people who doesn't want their favorite songs to be Christian. These lyrics are written from God's perspective to all of us; no human can make these claims. If you still doubt that Skillet writes about him, listen to "One Real Thing", "Forgiven", "Rebirthing", "You Are My Hope", or "Hero". Yes, they perform rock music that gets mainstream airplay, and yes, they sing about other things besides God, but they are still Christian and that still comes out in their music. Christian music is not a genre, it's a reference to how artists express their faith in their work. Skillet does express their faith.
