A self-described "Celtic soul" trio, the Script were founded by guitarist Marc Sheehan (guitar) and vocalist Danny O'Donoghue in 2001. After working in the United States as producers, Sheehan and O'Donoghue relocated to Dublin and recruited Glen Power as their drummer.
