Chapter 5: Argue Here…Argue There! -_-”


In the living room…

Ash: That boy is indeed a great pokemon trainer. I have to challenge him to a battle!

Misty: What should we watch next? Hmmm…How about we watch “Titanic”?

Ash: Why “Titanic”? 0.o


Misty: Because…it’s an awesome film! It has tons of drama and it’s very romantic! *starry eyes*

May: Misty is right! Romantic indeed! *starry eyes*

Ash/Drew: -_-”

Drew: Uh…girls. *annoyed*

May: And what’s that supposed to mean?!

Drew: Nothing…

May: We love romance and it’s none of your business!

Drew: Whatever.

May: *whispers* He’s such an arrogant boy!

Soledad: Stop it you two.

Brianna: Yeah…have you ever thought that arguing is really tiring?

May: But he’s the one who started it! Misty and I just said that we love romantic things.

Soledad: Okay. Drew, just let her say what she wants to say.

Drew: Okay, fine.

Brock: So…what are we going to do now?

Ash: Hmmm…I know! How about May, Drew and Brendan tell us about what happened to the three of them earlier…? :P

Dawn: Looks like Ash has done something right today.

Ash: *raises one of his eyebrows while looking at Dawn*

May: *blushing* Uhmmm…ask Brendan!

Brendan: Hey! Why me?!

May: Because I said so!

Brendan: I’m not going to say anything!

May: Brendan!

Drew: May and Brendan had their “quality time” together! That’s all you have to know!

May: *blushing*…What?! We’re not!! We’re just talking!

Brendan: Yeah! And why are acting that way?! Maybe because you’re jealous!

Drew: *blushing hard* I’m not!

May/Brendan: Oh yeah?!

Drew: Yeah!

Ash/Misty/Brock/Dawn/Kenny/Soledad/Brianna: OH BROTHER!!

Soledad: Guys! You’re doing it again!

May/Brendan/Drew: Sorry.

Ash: Just tell us the whole story. We need to know.

May: And why?

Ash: Because…we were really worried about you! You were gone without telling us!

May: Ash, you’re really worried about us?

Ash: Sure am…Because all of you are my friends.

May: Oh thanks, Ash!

Dawn: May, Ash is not the only one who’s worried about you…

Misty: Yeah! All of us were worried!

Drew/Brendan: Thanks, Misty/Thanks, Dawn!

Misty/Dawn: You’re welcome, Drew/You’re welcome, Brendan!

Brianna: Oh…looks like something romantic is going on…

May and Kenny glared at Brianna… (Author: Oh…why did they do that? Hmm…)

Brianna: *notices May and Kenny* Oh…looks like some are jealous… *giggles*

May/Kenny: We’re not!

Brianna: I didn’t say they’re you. Why did you react? 0.o

May: Well…uhmmm…

Ash: Guys! Can we just…please!! Stop all of this nonsense!! And besides, I can’t understand what you’re talking about!! (Author: Oh…hindi na
makarelate si Ash!! xD…oops…nagtagalog aq…xD)

Misty/May/Brendan/Drew/Kenny/Dawn/Brianna/Soledad: *laugh* IT’S BECAUSE YOU’RE STILL YOUNG TO UNDERSTAND IT!! *laugh*

Ash: T.T…I’m not young anymore…

Brock: Come on, guys. I know that time will come and our little boy will understand everything we’re talking about. So go easy on him…okay?

Misty: Yeah…I guess Brock’s right.

May/Dawn: Aww…Misty is concerned.

Misty: *blushing* …Whatever.

Brianna: So May! Just tell us everything that happened to the three of you! We really have to know.

May: …Fine. Well…uhmmm…we just…
Someone knocked on the door.

Dawn: I’ll get it!

Dawn opened the door.

___: Hi.

Dawn: Hi…Paul?!

Paul: Yeah.

Dawn: Paul, it’s great to see you!!

Ash/Misty/Brock/May/Drew/Brendan/Kenny/Soledad/Brianna: Huh?

Dawn led Paul to the living room…

Ash: It’s Paul!

Kenny: *whispers* Paul…the nerve of that guy…

Brock: Did you say something, Kenny?

Kenny: *getting nervous* No…Nothing!!

Brock: Really…? *evil smile*

Kenny: Yeah!

Brock: Okay… *evil smile*

May: So…Paul, how are you?

Paul: Fine.

May: Oh…how about your pokemon battling?

Paul: It’s fine too.

May: Okay…

Ash: Paul! How about a battle? You against me!

Dawn: Ash, Paul has no time for a boring battle. Paul, would you want some snacks?

Paul: Whatever.

Dawn went to the dining room with Paul.

Ash: Hey! Hmph! Pokemon battling isn’t boring!

Misty: Hey, Ash. Would you want to go for a walk?

Ash: Sure, Mist.

Misty: *blushing* O…kay… "Mist…that nickname again…"

Ash and Misty went outside without telling their friends.

May: Where are those two going?

Brendan: Maybe they’re going to have a PRIVATE conversation…

May: Oh… *giggles*

Brendan: *laughs*

Drew: "the two LOVEBIRDS are together again. Hmph!"

In the dining room…

Dawn: Paul! Would you please share with me your awesome experiences in your journey?! Please?!

Paul: I had no awesome experiences.

Dawn: Aww…I guess…you haven’t enjoyed in your journey, huh?

Paul: Yeah…whatever.

Dawn: Paul! You never changed! You’re always like that! Come on! Give yourself a break! *raises both of her hands*

Paul: =.=

Kenny: *hiding* grrr…

Outside the house…

Misty: Ash, would you like to go to the Cerulean Gym?

Ash: Yeah…sure!

Misty: Okay. Let’s go then.

Ash and Misty were on their way to Cerulean City.

Ash: So…how are your pokemon?

Misty: I guess all of them are okay. I know that my sisters are taking good care of them…

Ash: Oh I see…

There was silence…

Misty was staring at Ash…

Ash: *breaking the silence* Huh? Misty, why are you looking at me like that? 0.o

Misty: *blushing hard* Oh…nothing! Heh heh…

There was silence again…

Misty: Uhmm…Ash?

Ash: Yeah?

Misty: Uhh…nothing.

They reached the gym.

Misty: Here we are now.

Knock! Knock!

Misty: Daisy! Lily! Violet!

No answer…

Misty: Hmmm…oh! I forgot!

Ash: What?

Misty: My sisters are having their trip around the world!

Ash: Waa…wait…? I thought they already have that trip aroud the world when we were in Johto?

Misty: Well…Daisy won that trip for the second time…

Ash: Oh…

Misty: What are we going to do now?

Ash: I don’t know.

Misty: -_-” Is it okay with you if we just stay right here?

Ash: Okay.

Misty: So…about the Indigo League…what’s your plan now?

Ash: I really don’t want to be the judge.

Misty: But it’s a great opportunity for you. And besides…you’re already the Pokemon Master!

Ash: Misty…I know that…But…

Misty: Yeah…I know what you’re going to say.

Ash: You do?

Misty: Yup! And I know the exact words! Listen. -Even if I already have the title, my journey doesn’t stop here. I know that’s my ultimate goal; to
become the pokemon master. And I have achieved it! But…I realized that my love for pokemon and battling is still burning in me! *fire appeared in her eyes*

Ash: Woah…you really are great imitator, huh.

Misty: -_-” But the Elite Four is expecting you to accept their invitation.

Ash: Yeah…and that’s my problem!

Misty: Oh…How about we talk about other things instead?

Ash: That’s a great idea! I don’t want to wreck my brain thinking for a solution to my problem.

Misty: When was the time you think? *laughs*

Ash: Waa!! What are you trying to say?!

Misty: I was trying to say that I have never seen you think!

Ash: Oh yeah!

Misty: Yeah!

Ash: Oh brother!

Misty: …sorry…

Ash: Me too…

Misty: I didn’t realize we’re arguing again.

Ash: Yeah...and it’s really tiring…

Misty: *nods*

Silence… (Author: It’s REALLY getting awkward!! xD)

Ash: Uhmm…Mist?

Misty: *blush* "Mist…that one again…" Yes?

Ash: Uhmm…I just want to ask…uhmmm…

Misty: What?

Ash: Why did you go to Viridian City?

Misty: Well…because…I just want to get some fresh air! That’s right! Fresh air!

Ash: Why are you nervous!

Misty: Uhh…no! I’m not! Come on!

Ash: O…kay…

Misty: Can you think of any other interesting topic?

Ash: Nah…

Misty: *looks at the sky* Oh…it’s getting dark. I guess we have to go home now.

Ash: Right.

Ash and Misty started walking towards the house.

After a few minutes, rain started to pour down.

Misty: Oh my! It’s already raining!

Ash: Come on, Mist!

Ash held Misty’s hand.

Misty: *blushing hard* Ash…

Ash: We have to go home fast!

Misty: *nods*

In front of the Ketchum’s Residence…

Ash: Uhh…I’m really wet!

Misty: Yeah…me too…

The door suddenly opened.

Brock: Hey guys. You’re both wet. Come inside.

Ash: Thanks, Brock.

Mrs. Ketchum: Honey! What happened to you and Misty?

Ash: We just went to Cerulean City…but we forgot to bring an umbrella.

May: Oh really?

Brendan: Are you sure that’s what really happened? 0.o

Ash: Yeah…

Brendan: Your answer doesn’t convince us.

May: Maybe…they had a date! *laughs*

Ash: *blushing* Waaa!! No we didn’t have a date!! We…we just…t..alked!!

Kenny: Then why are you stuttering? 0.o

Ash: It’s because…It’s…c..ol…d.

Kenny: Hmmm…Then, why are you blushing?

Ash: I’m not!

Kenny: Yes you are!

Ash: No!

Kenny: Yes!

Ash: No!

May & Brendan: Yes!

Ash: No!!

Drew: Come on! Stop arguing!

Ash, May, Brendan, Kenny: Huh?

Brianna: Drew is right! Would you please just…close your mouth…relax and stop all of these arguments!!!

Ash, May, Brendan, Kenny: Sorry…

Drew: Thanks for helping, Brianna. *smiles*

Brianna: *blushing* You’re…you’re wel…come…Drew…

Drew: ;)

May: *annoyed face* "Hmph!"

Mrs. Ketchum: Kids, dinner time!

Ash: Yes, Mom!

Ash and the others went to the dining room.

Misty: Wait. Where are Dawn, Paul and Soledad?

Dawn: We’re here!!

Ash, May, Kenny: Huh?

Dawn: Paul and I are here!

Kenny: Where have you been?!

Dawn: Upstairs…?

Kenny: And what did you do?

Dawn: I showed Paul my pokemon!

Kenny: Really?

Soledad: *standing in the stairs* Yeah…

Drew: Soledad, you seem to be tired.

Soledad: Absolutely! Those two were arguing!

Dawn: It’s Paul’s fault!

Paul: Me?!

Dawn: Yeah! You’re KJ!

Paul: Well it’s because you’re boring.

Dawn: What?!

Mrs. Ketchum: -_-” Kids, would you please come here so we can start eating?

Dawn: Sorry, Mrs. Ketchum.

Dawn, Paul and Soledad had to their seats.

After a few minutes, all of them are done with their meals.

Brock: Okay. Ash and May, it’s your turn to wash the dishes.

Ash & May: Okay.

Ash and May cleaned the table first. Then, they brought the plates and other utensils into the sink. They started washing them.

When Ash was trying to get a plate to wash, he accidentally got May’s hand instead.

May: *blushing* Ash…

Ash: Oops…sorry…

He immediately let go of May’s hand.

They continued doing their chores.

Ash: Done!

Mrs. Ketchum: Okay, children! It’s time for bed!

Our heroes went to their respective rooms and started to sleep.



END OF CHAPTER 5!! LOOKS LIKE THE REST OF THE DAY WAS SPENT WITH SO MANY ARGUING AND ROMANTIC MOMENTS!! :D BUT…MYSTERIES AREN’T REVEALED YET!! MAYBE…IN THE NEXT CHAPTER, ALL OF THESE WILL BE REVEALED!! ;) THAT’S WHY YOU HAVE TO STAY TUNED!!
