audios are a fancy conference when not everyone can meet in the same location for a meeting we have like a phone call that has a whole lotta people on it .... it gets messy but we do it anyway

i okay for now, little bit of a niggle around the joints but otherwise all good ... a be on meds to bring down inflammation so under control

i had a week off work 2 weeks ago ...but thats cuase i had a 5 week training session and i also developed gout ... the nasty brother of arthiritis .... so my boss kinda made the decision for me .... i still came in tho as i had like audio meetings to attend so really didint fee like much of a break but enjoyed the downtime as much as possible

got an action packed week ahead and have to come into work on weekend next week as well ....

no rest for the wicked i guess : )

aww ...dont beat urself up .... take it from me ...i have bombed in many a test & exam .... but whatever else may be troubling you ...hope it isnt too worrisome .... i know theres always a light at the end of the tunnel ... just that getting there sometimes seems like forever ... but hang in there, k?

well new years is here now and i am waiting to get back to work but its really boring at present so mite go and do some work ...i have a training class to get ready for on the 19th yay ....
