For the first time, B Box Entertainment’s BATTLEFEST challenge is taking dance competition to a greater level—virtually! Be a part of this year’s BATTLEFEST EARTH digital dance contest on imeem and upload a video of your creative solo/group dance to WIN!

Here’s HOW TO ENTER (BEGINS MONDAY, JANUARY 21, 2008):

1) Create an imeem profile at www.imeem.com
2) Add yourself to Battlefest Earth’s imeem group page at battlefestearth.imeem.com
3) Upload your dance video to the Battlefest Earth group page
4) Encourage family and friends to view, comment, and rate your video!


The Top 10 Finalists will be selected by imeem members based on the number of views, comments, and rating by website visitors from Jan. 21, 2008 to Feb. 8, 2008.

SO, GET UP AND DANCE IT OUT!

Things to remember when uploading your video...

1) There is no limit on file size or video time length

2) The only restraint is the duration of the upload. Uploads usually time out after an hour or so depending on your internet connection

3) imeem's video player can take on any file size, thus the best quality is key

4) Preferred: Native size, output file as .mov with an H.264 encoder or a.mp4 MPEG-4.

**It is recommended that you do not lessen the quality of the video unless you do not have access to a fast internet connection when uploading to the site**
