Don't forget to pick up a copy of Performer
Magazine
this month which features a great article about 3 Udders
Productions and the Festival. If you haven't bought your tickets,
don't wait!

The FAQ page has launched. We'll be announcing set times very soon. So keep
checking back!

July 19, 2007

We've announced a couple of line up changes. Great Northern and Hey Mike! are
no longer on the Festival. They had to drop off due to scheduling conflicts.
Replacing them will be Elephone
and The
Frail
. We've also added Australia mega band Eskimo
Joe
who recently played to a sold out crowd at this year's Live
Earth
event in Sydney. This will mark the first time Eskimo Joe
have played the San Francisco Bay Area and we're excited that they've decided
to make this year's Bay Area Indie Festival one of their rare stops on thier
first US tour.

If you're in a band and you are trying to find out how you can play this year's
Bay Area Indie Music Festival, 3
Udders
and OurStage.com
have come up with a way for you to win a spot to open the Festival. Just go
to OurStage.com
and sign up for an account. Upload your song, video, or both to
the Rock or Alternative/Indie Channel. Then
go ask your fans to vote for you. The deadline is July 27th.
We'll select ONE band to open the Festival on August 4th. We'll
post the winner on this site as well as the Festival site. Good luck!

When we put together this Festival we knew it was going to be special. We had
no idea we would get such a huge response. So many bands wanted to be a part
of this. We really wanted to add everyone but that just wasn't realistic. So
we tried to rack our brains and find ways we could still include everyone that
wanted to be involved. That's when our friends at ourstage.com
emailed us and told us about their site. Beginning the first week of July ourstage.com
will have a contest to have one lucky band open the Festival. If you're in a
band, head over to ourstage.com
right now and sign up for your chance to win!

Tickets are now on sale. You can go to ticketweb.com to find yours today! They're
selling fast so be sure to get your before they sell out.

We're working on a contest for ONE last slot on the Festival. So if you're
wondering how your band can get on the Festival, check back to learn how your
band can earn that last slot.

PLEASE NOTE: There are no more slots available for the
Festival. If your band would like to play next year, please go to our
contact page and send us a press kit. We didn't think we were going to
have such a huge response for this year's Festival. We're talking about
making it a two day Festival next year.
