My name is Bayo but the industry calls me Bayoz Muzik. I am a music producer/engineer and this is my story.
I was born by the river in a little tent…lol. Nahh but seriously you’ve got to know where I’m coming from to understand where I’m going. My love for music started as a kid growing up in Lagos, Nigeria. I would sit by the radio all day and record the latest tracks of both African and American artists. Having to hustle to survive, as you do in Africa, I would sell the tapes at the front of my house and whenever there were parties I would take my tapes for the dj to play. These life experiences taught me how to handle my business.
I moved to the UK in ’98 and began studying music technology at the British Academy of New Music. After gaining my advanced diploma in popular music I went to the London College of Communication where I got an ABC diploma in sound design. These courses gave me a thorough grounding in the production and engineering of music.

Fast-forward to present day and I’m in the lab working with a range of artists. I do a lot of work with Unit 10 (The Rap Factory) producing mixtapes and teaching music. I’m currently working with Nigerian based rappers B.O.B and Chiido producing their albums. I have also begun work on my own album Greaziest Productions. And I’m remixing any and everything that’s hot, so holla at me!!
