Words to Pass On

What is this strange tingling in my extremities??

Ah yes, generosity. I decided to go ahead and toss the other present under the tree. If you're someone who can figure this one out, you'll know a little bit more about me, and more importantly, I'll care. I might even give you a discount on the Data.

(Naaahhh.)

And now, presenting today's award: dear, dear Shakespeare!

When, in disgrace with Fortune and men's eyes,
I all alone beweep my outcast state,
And trouble deaf heaven with my bootless cries,
And upon myself and curse my fate,
Wishing me like to one more rich hope,
Featured like him, like him with friends possessed,
Desiring this man's art, and that man's scope,
With what I most enjoy contented least,
Yet in these thoughts self almost despising,
Haply I think on thee, and then m state,
Like to the lark at break of day arising
Frm sllen earth, sings hymns at heaven's gae
For thy sweet love remembered sch wealth rings,
That thn I scorn to change my state with kings.

even tried the mirror minus ones clue on the sequence and no luck removing ones and reversing. even tried reversing the whole sequence back to front. I removed the 1's and still could get it to work. I feel like such a meatbag. Help.

Well.. I've messed around with it a little. For those stuck... the next number in the sequence on youtube is: 1113122116 But I'm in the same position as Terrence... the only thing I could get to work for a url on flickr was wrong... It lead to a deleted photo for someone that obviously wasn't related to this.

Yeah even putting in Fibonacci or the name of the damn sequence doesn't seem to work either. Something is wrong here...

Ahh.. I was doing the sequence wrong... I was doing each digit in order and describing the number of continuous digits that are the same not each digit in the entire sequence.

i.e.

6
one "6" = 16
one "1" one "6" = 1116
three "1" one "6" = 3116
one "3" two "1" one "6" = 132116
one "1" one "3" one "2" two "1" one "6" = 1113122116
three "1" one "3" one "1" two "2" two "1" one "6" = 311311222116

and so on... could go one forever... but you get the picture...the pattern used by the passcode describes the total number of digits of a single digit in the number as you get to that digit.

6,16,1116,3116,132116,31131216

It's interesting how the 2 different methods of the sequence play out for the first 5 numbers in each case

Did anyone else notice the uncanny resemblance between picture #4 on Brian's flickr ("formative years") and patient zero...?
