I mostly download the songs using Limewire and DVDvideosoft.
But if you want, you could go to youtube, then
search the song and usually the user put
the download link at da Description Box.

DVDVIDEOSOFT: It converts only youtube video to mp3, so just simply search the song on youtube then copy the URL then paste in to your DVDvideosoft. It also has a lot of features SO try it!
I barely use Limewire now because some songs from it usually has viruses. & You could barely find any Korean, Japanese, or Chinese songs on it.

For further explanation just leave a comment or message me buh I might not be able to respond directly due to school matters.

PS: Not all the songs are uploaded by me. I've uploaded some but mostly all the songs are uploaded with other users here. So, I can't really send some songs because I don't own them. :]
