Like being sucker punched to the stomach in the best possible way. The closest thing to perfection in fanvids that I've come across. Astarte says all the things I want to say more eloquently than I possibly could.

I've had this on a loop for days now. It's just stunning. The emotional impact is a gunshot wound to the gut, and it's very sexy.

I watched this vidlet countless times since you first posted it and at the end I still feel like I cannot get coherent feedback besides ‘OMG! I LOVE THIS SO MUCH!’ The shire isolation it builds up in such short time and Dean’s death wish to just escape his own dark desires is something that hits me every time like a brick wall coming down on me. Especially the image of the two of them praying in the church shatters my heart every single time.

The vid creates such a sinister, hopeless atmosphere and hits all of my personal kinks of Wincest that it leaves me speechless every single time. I can’t comprehend what draws me completely into this but the way you reshape their lives almost voyeuristically - the cheap motels, the beasties and constant danger their in – just stings and of course your effects do the rest. Besides being technically brilliant, the red just adds so much to the mood – blood, passion, love and of course too much of any of this always leads to a bad end. I feel like this is thematically the darkest SPN vid out there and for that very reason alone it is my favourite, but there are more than this vid has seconds or any right to be. Just excellent in all ways imaginable.
