ClockWork Entertainment was established in 1997 by Debbie Hammond. Hammond has a proven successful track record of start up corporations. Debbie has successfully built and sold companies and raised revenues of over 300 million dollars. She made her first million dollars by the age of 26. Debbie graduated with honors from the University of Houston with a degree in Business. Her business acumen crosses all lines of industry, from health care to computer software and entertainment. ClockWork Entertainment has a proven record of accomplishment with it’s first recording artist T.Q. His first single was released July 4, 1998, and went Gold in less than five (5) weeks, selling over 15 million units worldwide. Debbie launched one of the largest battles in the industry for ClockWork’s artist, T.Q. Sony, DreamWorks, Interscope, Arista, Warner and MCA were literally physically battling to distribute T.Q.’s album. Debbie created this fight through her marketing and sales expertise by building vibrancy in the industry and in regional markets on T.Q. and hit songs! She has been able to do this with every artist she’s released since, proving a successful track record for developing artists that are heavily desired by the majors, with the the next act released by 2620/ClockWork Entertainment, DREAM. 2620 is a dba of ClockWork Entertainment. Sean “Diddy” Combs of Bad Boy Worldwide recognized the uniqueness of what Debbie had established and signed DREAM after a 15 minute meeting in Beverly Hills. Within 6 weeks of their first single, “He Loves You Not,” DREAM sold over a million units. Total album sales in the U.S. was over 2 million units, shortly thereafter. Debbie Hammond also did the 1st album for 2nd place runner up, Jasmine Trias of American Idol. The single, “Excuses” went to number 1 in the Philippines in less than 3 weeks. Hammond won Producer of the Year, Album of the Year in Hawaii, and MTV’S best International album, for the Jasmine Trias album, that was certified double platinum in the Philippines. ClockWork Entertainment and Bad Boy Records/Warner/Atlantic Records are excited to present Jordan McCoy, an American Idol (Junior) finalist. Jordan had the original lead in Hannah Montana, after Debbie Hammond met Jeff Sherman (of the Sherman Bros, Boy Meets World,) Kim Porter and Geoia Beardan (writers,) through friend, Rodney Jerkins. Hammond developed a similar concept of the show based on her daughter’s childhood favorite book series called, The Magic Attic Club, and Jordan McCoy’s life story. Billy Ray Cyrus stepped in and secured the lead for his daughter, Miley Cyrus, after offering to work for free the first season. Miley had tried out for the 2nd girl’s role. Hammond also recorded the number one selling single “Big Girls Don’t Cry” for Jordan McCoy, but once Fergie’s management heard it, they insisted Fergie strip it on her album at the last minute. Even knowing it was Jordan first single. Jordan McCoy’s album should be out in 2009. Hammond is revamping DREAM with Jordan McCoy and working on a movie and tv show for Jordan to launch her solo album and a new DREAM album in 2009. Hammond’s recording studio, ClockWork Studios is in Hollywood, CA.
