When you are buying beats you have the option to purchase the beat with NON EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS vs EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS.
EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS $150
Buying the exclusive rights means that you as a legal person own the the rights to the entire beat/beats production, which means that no one else can buy it or use it(relative to the payment being officail by our company recieving due payment for exchange of the material). With these rights you can use it for your demo game or for any commercial work or whatever, it's up to you but with one minor exception. YOU CAN NOT SELL THE BEATS TO A THIRD PARTY WITHOUT SPECIAL PERMISSION
LEASING $50
The Non Exclusive Rights means that the beats can be purchased several times. When purchasing a beat from me you automatically agree to these legal statements.
CUSTOM TRACKS $100
You may Contact me to work on a specific piece of music for the track you are looking for. The track will not appear on Myspace.com or any other file sharing network until the final release of your single or album.Custom Tracks have the same credit agreements as the Exclusive tracks.
NON NOGOTIABLE AGREEMENTS:
The CreAtix slogan/sample is not nogotiable for removal on production(for the productions promotional use and credit).I also reserve the right to not take any responsibility for sampled material, if you get a record deal, you are responsible to clear the rights of any sampled material.
