So there is a new movie based on the Aeon Flux show that used to be on MTV. I'm not going to see the movie. I'm not a fan of live-action remakes...
However, I saw a post on Metafilter about how MTV apparently put up a complete episode of the original animated series online in their app, MTV Overdrive, at http://www.mtv.com/overdrive (Under the movies tab)
It's worth noting right off the bat that this appears to be an Windows/IE only sort of thing.
I remember Aeon Flux would come on really late at night and never fail to deeply disturb me. (Speaking of deeply disturbing, remember the entire MTV Liquid Television block?) The fact that I would run across it halfway through while channel surfing, and thus miss even more plot context, would add to the bizareness of the experience.
It's cool that MTV put up this much interesting on-demand content.
