You are wise to be afraid of the wrath of God(Proverbs 1:7), but you don't have to go through it. It means that in your heart you are hearing God's voice and His warning to repent.
Right now God is not offering His wrath but His Grace. Jesus is the only way that you can be saved from the wrath of God. God loves you so much that He sacrificed His only son to die on the cross for all of your sins from the past, present, and future. All you have to do is pray to God and admit with your whole heart that you are a sinner(confess them to Jesus), believe that Jesus died and rose from the dead for you sins, repent(turn away from sin) ask Jesus to come into your heart and make you a new person, to become Lord of your life, to save you. Trust in Jesus that He is the only one that can save you.
