Honestly, this is my favorite piece of music. I've loved it since I first heard it when I was 5. My music teacher used to play the album for us every October. It was truly educational on how vibrant music can be and the story it evokes. The spirits coming out to dance and play after midnight on Halloween. I've searched all over for my copy and haven't found it. Thanks alot.

Tauntingly, the music haunts.

Truly, this is one of the best composed pieces ever. It is as beautiful as it is poignant. The strings, most specially the violins and cellos, brings out the deathly liveliness of the music, a contradiction if there ever was one. The brass, pointedly the trumpets and trombones, as well as the woodwinds, the flutes and piccolos, creates the haunting movement of the music. Of course, the percussions provide the rhythm and beats, basic and complex. Absolutely breathtaking a piece.
