definitely Betty Carter I had the CD when I was 15 back in 1994.. I was a weird kid.. lol

Although I dont believe this is the original recording as far as im concerned it is Nina you have to remember Ray had a pet peeve about being over powered and noone had a better ear for music than him he toned down Nina for this song which gives it the exact touch that it needs but then again I have been wrong before but im pretty sure an oh this is the best rendition of its cold outside that exist nobody does it better than ray .... but thats just my opinon
