Sandbox Environment

As part of our initial release of the imeem Media Platform, we are exposing a sandbox environment to allow developers to build, debug, and test their applications on imeem. This developer-focused environment is not intended to be exposed to end users at this time.

Application Types

The sandbox enables all the supported application types to be viewed in the imeem environment.

All the integration points described in the Anatomy of an App documentation are available in the sandbox environment.

Getting Started

Once you have created your application on imeem you are ready to enable the sandbox environment.

Simply select "Edit Settings" from the developer dashboard for your desired application. From the edit view, specify your application code and associated settings. After you save changes, go back to the developer dashboard. From there you will be able to go to the application about page, where you can install the application and see it's profile and canvas views.
