This is Kurt Carr...it is definitely NOT Richard Smallwood. It is on the album titled "NO ONE ELSE" released in 1997.

Richard did the piano arrangement but this is definitely Kurt Carr. You know it from the choir arrangement. they have two distinctive styles when it comes vocal arrangements.
