Hmm, looks like Idaho does have *some* places in Pacific (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Idaho), but Boise doesn't look like one of them (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Boise,_Idaho).

Boise, America should be PST, since Idaho is in the Pacific Time Zone ...
