Are you tired of industry pushed lack of talent? I am too! When I look at the artists that were out even just 10 years ago compared to now there is a drastic change. There are too many carbon copies, people who can't really sing when you remove the studio miracle from the equation, and people who are just not talented but got signed because of a gimmick they have such as a signature dance, etc. I am bringing back what is missing from the industry originality, REAL VOCALS that do not need studio magic to sound halfway decent, creativity, and most of all REAL TALENT! Never in the history of the industry have there been so many ONE HIT WONDERS! People arrive one year and they are replaced by a carbon copy by the next year.
What happened to the super stars and the legends?? There used to be a time when you could not count the majority of the superstars and legends in the industry with your fingers. I am very sad when I see the industry shelving blockbuster talent to promote mediocre talent at the most. There is something that YOU can do about it. Support REAL TALENT stop buying music from and listening to artists who don't meet the mark of excellence that we once had in the industry.
Fierce received her artist name from the streets of the south side of Chicago as her style, hard hitting lyrics, and forceful flow surprised many people as she was very short and petite and looked like the most innocent girl next door.
Fierce has been writing, rapping, and competing in spoken word competitions since she was 11 years old. As she approached her teens she quickly moved into battles and often walked away a winner. She is perhaps known best for her versatility, she can meet a person at whatever level they are at and speak their language as being from a military family she is well traveled and has had the privilege to mix and mingle with people from all over the world in all classes.
Her lyrics and flow tell the entire story of how she earned the street and stage name Fierce. She often writes from the perspective of a person in a situation and she has a limitless imagination. She is also a great story teller which makes her the perfect spoken word artist. She also overflows with intense passion and guarantees by the time she gets done you will be feeling her from 500 miles away.
She has the ability to connect with an audience no matter who she is speaking in front of and take them on a journey that they will want to stay on for life. Her trademark is to always leaves the audience wanting more. Her art is just as mysterious as she is, always full of twists and turns and the unexpected. You never know what is going to happen next. She has a smooth flow that anyone can relate to as she is also a conscious poet.

This album will be produced by J. Lyric and D. Fresh of JDX. Fierce was recently signed to Blue Bucket Entertainment and is also a radio personality for 99.3 the Joynt. Her show will be an affiliate of a TV show that is to premiere on Fox this fall. Fierce is also currently the number one most popular female indie artist on imeem.com with over 70,000 fans. She is due to go on a US/Caribbean Tour with her label mates in the summer/fall of 2009.
