Department of Banner Making [DBM] is a very artistic group. In this department, we focus on creating banners. You can say that making banners is just a hobby. Making banners is also an art.
Mitsuki Koyama, a.k.a. Full Moon, founder of DBM, has always loved art. "Art can be in many shapes and forms," she says. "Making Banners is just one of them." When she found out about banner creations, she was astounded. So she has made millions of groups tributing to members of imeem and other places. It is also maybe a sanctuary for Banner artists.
Banners express people in different ways. They can express feelings, personalities, favorite things, and much more. Banners are truly a masterpiece.
Banner artists are such creative people. To explain so much in a 900x200 maximum picture....fascinating! These artists put everything they got into it being as creative and artistic as they can. The banner artists here at DBM put their heart into it.
