The Tokio Hotel VIP chat has been announced! The band will take part in a special chat in the VIP section of the U.S. homepage. Now think a little.. doesn't he looks like Bill at the video where Bill is singing 'It's Rainning Man'??
He's Portuguese and he's known a little for all country an even internationaly. His name is MiniBill (little Bill) and he really looks like Bill.. even his teeth are similars with Bill and Tom's teeth. xD
