THE PUSSYCAT DOLLS singer NICOLE SCHERZINGER has hit out at criticism about her sexy image, urging people to judge her on her talent instead.
The Don't Cha hitmaker hopes her upcoming solo album debut, My Name Is Nicole, will alter the misconception that she's little more than just another pretty girl in the pop charts.
She tells MTV.com, "I read blogs, and I hear what people are saying about me, and I think that it's a compliment (when people say) that I'm keeping it sexy, because that's just me.
"I'm an artist and that's why I'm here, and if anyone feels different, then give it a shot and give it a listen, and you'll see."
