Chandra Davis, (January 2, 1978) also known as London Charles and Deelishis, is an African American model, singer and was a reality show contestant. She is best known as the winner of VH1's hit reality TV show Flavor of Love 2.
Born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, Davis earned a scholarship to the historically black Alabama State University, where she started a bachelor of arts degree in English literature.
Occasionally visible throughout the show were scars upon her shoulder and neck that she said were the result of a car crash. Rather than having them removed, she wears them to remind her how fortunate she was to survive the accident.[citation needed]
She also has an 8 year old daughter named Jasmine from a previous relationship with a high school boyfriend
Davis gained national exposure as Deelishis when she was a contestant on the second season of VH1's Flavor of Love. She went on to win the competition when Flavor Flav chose her over New York, who received her own spinoff I Love New York. Davis' victory on the show has been attributed to her self-proclaimed ability to "keep it real," and the fact that she was "really there for her man Flav," and not just to be famous.
She is currently not dating Flavor Flav, as of an announcement via a VH1 special, Where Are They Now: Reality Stars.[
Davis has been modeling for Eye Candy as London Charles. She has made an appearance in a music video in Paul Wall's "Break em off" featuring Lil Keke and BET's "Rip the Runway". Davis is on the cover of Smooth Magazine's April 2007 issue.
It was rumored that she was pregnant with Busta Rhymes baby, but in an interview with the Historical Black Press Foundation, Shay Johnson, also known as Buckeey from Flavor of Love 2, revealed that Chandra was not pregnant. Also at the BET Hip Hop Awards, Chandra was supposedly caught with "her tongue shoved down Busta Rhymes' throat" when Flavor Flav was sitting next to her. Davis made it clear in an interview with BET that the rumors were not true and her and Busta are only business partners.[
She has also launched a music career releasing her debut single "Rumpshaker". Soon she will be releasing her new album "Love, Deelishis", which was confirmed on one of her two official MySpace pages.
