In December, 2007, Avex announced 7 new releases in a timespan of 3 months. In an official announcement, the company decided to invest more into TVXQ, due to the group's rise in fame. Bigeast (the Japanese fanclub) initially had 5,000 members, which increased to 19,000 members in 2007. This represents one of the biggest membership bases among fanclubs managed by Avex.

TVXQ is to start off the year with their 16th single Purple Line, to be released on January 16, 2008, and will also be included in their third Japanese album. The following week, the group will release its third Japanese album entitled T. It will contain songs of their past singles like Lovin' You, their summer hit Summer Dream, SHINE, Forever Love and Together. As an exclusive extra, TVXQ will have their own version of LAST ANGEL.

Rhythm Zone, side label of Avex, which implemented package strategies including a release of CD singles by Koda Kumi for 12 weeks in a row, is planning to create a new package strategy for TVXQ. Koda Kumi had her first #1 hit during that promotion. Following her success, Rhythm Zone came up with the plan to release five more singles in February and March 2008 for TVXQ. Each single will contain a member's solo.

DBSK will be releasing their their 3rd Japanese album in January, along with their 16th single, Purple Line. They will also be releasing a 17th single, called “Trick”, and it has 5 different version. They will record Explore the Human Body with Super Junior on the 25th (thats x-mas!!), which will be aired on January 8th!!

Everybody doing
well? These few days were really busy, just got back from a show
recording. When I got back home I saw the Olympics Torch list online
and I'm so happy. Everyone worked so hard on the voting, thank you. And
thank you Korean fans, I'm really touched with your wishes. I will do
my best in Korea, giving you guys the best stage. I love you guys
forever

Being chosed as a 2008 Beijing Olympics Torcher really
surprised me, this is a thing where I would not even imagine happening,
this is everyone's dream, is such a great honor to be a 2008 Beijing
Olympics Torcher. I will carry everyone's dream to finish this
honorable job. To send Chinese cultures to every corner of the
universe, I hope next year we will work hard together for 2008 Beijing
Olympics, do things for Olympics. The future belongs to us, let's "jai
you"~~!
