TVXQ member Young Woong Jae Joong recently revealed that he wanted to "rap like crazy."

On the 13th, TVXQ members attended SBS Power FM's "Lee Juk's Ten Ten Club" radio program. While Jae Joong was talking about their new album, he stated that he was finally able to rap on the track "Wrong Number."

Lee Juk asked, "So how does it feel that you were finally able to rap?" Jae Joong responded with, "I was embarrassed to rap in front of the other members. I didn't know how the other members would react, but luckily the feedback was positive."

TVXQ has had a popularity explosion offline in stores.

Their 4th album “Mirotic” was released on September 26, 2008 and from that day of launching it in music stores, it had already risen on Hanteo charts.

In addition to the weekly charts (September 21-27), it has also powerfully risen to #1 on the monthly charts (August 31-September 27). According to Hanteo charts as of September 28, the A version of “Mirotic” had sold 54,000 copies. Also on Hot Tracks, Yes24, and other music sale charts they are also #1.

Newsen reports that "Mirotic" is the title song off of Dong Bang Shin Ki's fourth album and it was produced by the same team (Remee/Troelsen) who produced BoA's "Look Who's Talking Now" song, part of her American debut. The song is choreographed by Kenny Wormald, who has appeared in the music videos of Madonna, Mariah Carey, and Justin Timberlake among others.

Popular boy band TVXQ has been named Asian envoys for Universal Studios Japan (USJ).

According to USJ, it has decided to designate TVXQ, which debuted in Korea in 2004, in Japan in 2005 and went on to debut in Taiwan, Hong Kong and Thailand, as its Asian envoys.

The appointment ceremony will take place on March 28 at the Universal Studios Japan located near Osaka. Once appointed, TVXQ will travel around Asia for a year to promote the attractions of USJ.

A USJ publicist said TVXQ was chosen for their international appeal, as they can speak both English and Japanese. The publicist also said that considering 70% of USJ visitors are female, it has high expectations that the popular boy band will lure many tourists from all over Asia.
