ShinRa's Elite Group, SOLDIER
S.O.L.D.I.E.R.
They are the elite of the elite. They are trained to do dangerous and life threating missions that would otherwise be impossible to an average soldier. There different classes of SOLDIER and they are as follows:
S.O.L.D.I.E.R. Trainee: Not quite a member yet. Is under going special training, but is garenteed that this person will become a member of SOLDIER as long as they don't drop out.
S.O.L.D.I.E.R. Third Class: Lowest Rank. They are still a forced to be reckoned with although they are mostly rookies. The death percentage of this class is rather high. Levels range from 20 to 35
S.O.L.D.I.E.R. Second Class: Middle Rank. They are rather strong and usually range from level 35 to 55. In order to become a 2nd class you must train a class of Trainees. The class must have a pass succession rate of atleast 40 percent. that means that 2 outta ever 5 students must pass (and there are usually 5 to 10 to a squad).
S.O.L.D.I.E.R. First Class: Highest Rank. The strongest of SOLDIER, they rank from 55 to 100. In order to graduate to First Class you must have a mission succession rate of atleast 60%. Very few ever aspire to First Class.
