This is the second round, ONLY can vote for 2 cosplay like last time k!  The 1st round winner, second place and the third place will enter the this second round ! So what u waiting 4? Number 13 is not Lacus, that is actually Meer from Gundam Seed Destiny.
Nice job on the costume though =).
#2 and #9 are my favorite, really amazing.
