this isn't david bowie...this is a musical group called WaveGroup who recorded the covers for games like Guitar Hero and Rock Band...so this is a cover...but in my opinion it sounds better then the original...

I first heard this song when i play Guitar hero 1 and i loved it....but then i heard the original and i can't stand it..he sounds so whiny..love this version though...so much better
