• Responsible for the overall management of the daily trafficking, optimization, and reporting of campaigns.
• Put in place the necessary infrastructure to support the sales organization as well as assist in the closing and execution of deals ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Research, draft, and create operational procedures and best practices (e.g. process map, process documentation, etc.)
• Oversee the testing of all rich media creatives for possible script errors on imeem across all browsers.
• Assist in refining our ad unit standards, specifications, and media kit satisfying the needs of advertisers within the market place.
• Support technical development, testing, and implementation of our future advertising formats and technologies.

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years experience; preferably 2+ years in online or advertising operations/production
• Strong analytical and technical skills (html / JavaScript / Flash / XML)
• Proficiency with ad server systems such as DART DFP
• Working knowledge of all third party rich media vendors
• Knowledge of internet advertising and industry best practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities effectively
• Strong process management and multi-tasking abilities
• Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills
