The Financial Analyst / Sr. Financial Analyst will be a key contributor to imeem's financial and business operations.

The successful candidate should thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, solve problems with a big-picture and hands-on approach, and excel in dynamic workload prioritization. He/She will report to the Director of Finance on the responsibilities below:

Financial Analysis

• Perform financial analysis in areas of revenue, cost of revenue, operating and capital expenses
• Support sales team in tracking sales campaigns, monthly bookings and revenue, and sales comp
• Develop and distribute weekly revenue forecast
• Develop financial models in support of new business development activities
• Maintain and distribute weekly/monthly dashboard of key operating metrics
• Assist in the development of monthly board package
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Operations

• Work with cross-functional teams to define requirements and scale infrastructure
• Assist in project managing ad-hoc initiatives such as system implementations and business process roll-outs, as needed.

Technical:

• College degree, MBA Preferred
• 3-5 years experience in financial analysis and accounting experience
• Recent start-up experience; strong preference for internet background
• Excellent in Excel and PowerPoint; proficient in Quickbooks and Microsoft Navision
• Data mining and /or ability to handle large sets of data
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com preferred
• Experience with M&A support preferred
