Post-Sale Producer
Location: San Francisco, CA

Primary post-sale management role for all custom elements of a sold campaign that includes: profile/group pages, co-branded assets, imeem editorial and offline event sponsorships. Coordinate with internal/external resources to execute campaigns. Identify strategic marketing events/orgs to partner with and build viable sponsorship packages sales can take to market. Must be self-motivated and have strong communication skills. If you are an ambitious self-starter with a love of music and film, this could be the perfect position for you!

On-Line Responsibilities:

  • Convene initial kickoff discussion with Sales, Sales Planner (Sales Dev & Engineering if applicable)
  • For custom campaign, participate in kickoff call with client
  • Fill out Kick Off Brief and submit to client detailing creative specs (including standard media tags / creatives, group page assets and editorial assets) to client (in writing, noting deadlines for submission) & reporting specs (including standard media, Group/profile Page, and event marketing statistics) to client for review and approval
  • Forward approved reporting specs to Ad Ops
  • Receive client assets, enforcing agreed-upon timeline for client submission
  • Coordinate all promotional aspects of campaign launch
  • For campaigns with custom or marketing elements, work with Sales to provide client with weekly status updates including progress against timelines
  • Once a campaign is live, ensure its performing on schedule based on program details
  • Compile end-of-campaign summary presentation and forward to Sales and client for wrap-up discussion.

Event-based Responsibilities:

  • Convene internal meetings to review requirements for execution of offline event, co-branded media, or sponsorship
  • Confirm responsibility for all major tasks and convey to event production teams, e.g., on-site responsibilities and post-event reporting for offline events, trafficking and reporting of co-branded media
  • Collect marketing sponsorship assets from client and forward to event productions teams
  • Ensure that trafficking of marketing campaigns is implemented in conjunction with standard media and brand community
  • Develop checklist of offline client requests (e.g., tickets, signage, attendance reporting) and submit to event productions teams to implement
  • Work with Sales to provide weekly status updates during event or planning phase

Qualifications:

  • 3-4 years experience in account management, event production, and / or an integrated advertising marketing group for an entertainment-based web property
  • Ability to manage a complex workload, and deliver high quality work under tight deadlines
  • Experience in live event production for concerts, tours, festivals and premieres
  • Successful candidate will be motivated to grow quickly, and to participate and contribute at the center of social and entertainment media
