Hi imeem user,
Unfortunately we have received a complaint that you may have infringed
someone else's copyright, and we have removed the allegedly infringing
material. If you think there has been a mistake, please provide us the
following information via e-mail at violations@imeem.com, or by mail at:
imeem, inc. c/o Copyright Agent, 139 Townsend St., 4th Floor, San
Francisco, CA 94107.
(1) Identify the material that was removed or disabled, and the location
where it appeared before it was removed or disabled;
(2) Declare under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief
that the material at issue was either misidentified or mistakenly
removed (i.e., that the material was not copyrighted or you had the
right to use the material);
(3) Provide your name, address, and telephone number;
(4) Agree to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the
judicial district in which your address is located, and agree that you
will accept service of process from the person who provided the
complaint set forth above (if you are located outside of the United
States, you must state that you consent to the jurisdiction of any
United States federal district court in which imeem may be found); and
(5)Provide a physical or e-signature.
The file removed was a video clip from Ouran High School Host Club.
If you wish to respond, please do so within 72 hours of receipt of this
e-mail. If we do hear from you, we will forward your response to the
person who filed the complaint. If you don't wish to respond, that's
okay, but any future violations of our terms of use regarding
copyrighted material will result in the termination of your account.
Thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation.
