GREAT REMAKE!

most times guys act like they can't fully relate to strong lyrical content. but this among other songs including one entitled "in god's hands now" by anointed and "can you stop the rain" by peabo is rippin' your boy up right now. see i've been married 21 yrs to an incredible woman who has loved me unconditionally and we have 2 awesome children, but my heart has been flawed the whole time because i gave my heart fully away at age 16 to a young lady that i DID NOT marry. i always hoped to marry her but she wasn't ready and we parted ways but truth be told i never stopped loving her but i really didn't think i'd ever see or her from her again. for 20 yrs that was true but she reached out to me via the web last yr and we made the error of spending time together. it was non-sexual and non lustful but it confirmed what i knew for 20 yrs---she'll always be my girl- my tears still flow for her and in order to get any peace i've got to leave it in god's hands. my wife is awesome and i feel guilty, shameful and embarassed to feel this way for my 1st love who apparently is still 1st. the heart is not so smart--i cried a river tonight while sending my ex a message of closure. only god knows the future but i can't keep talking to her or seeing her--it hurts too much sooooooo i'm gonna "let it go and if it comes back then it means so much more but if it never does than at least i willl know that this was something i had to go through to grow... d---- i will always love you too

this is my shiiiiiiD god, it sounds like she's a stalker! but I understand that its hard to let go of somebody known for forever/you really really cared for, she hasn't moved on yet
