The first time I saw New Order was at the Akron, (Ohio) Agora, with A Certain Ratio opening, and this had to be around '82. 10 songs and that was it. But huge intensity. I was right up front, being crushed by everyone behind, with no room to dance, and Peter Hook was yellin' at evryone to lay off us and give us some room. Great show. Wish that was on tape, too.
