One day God asked me to sing this song. He said that there was someone who needed to get this message and to my knowlege, I was supose to sing it on a Sunday. The Director of music at the Church I was attending (Glory Chapel International Cathedral) in Hartford, CT., told me He would like for me to sing this song on a Tuesday night service before I did it on a Sunday but I explained to him that the song has to be sung on a Sunday. It wasn't that I never sung songs on a Sunday before but I think I was being tested. Anyway, as the director for the men's choir, I felt I had some kind of saying when I should do a song. It never was an issue before. Me and a few more people from the choir of the church practiced and practiced until the song was perfect. So when I felt we was ready and God put it in my heart that that Sunday was the day to sing it, I told the director of the church choir that God put it my heart to sing this song the up coming sunday, but he insisted that I first sing the song at the Tuesday night service. After all we went through to prep for the song, I prayed to God that he forgive me for not carring out his wish, that I was not doing the song. Was I wrong for not doing it at all? I still feel bad everytime I here this song and wish I would have just gone ahead and sung the song both on that Tuesday and that Sunday but I think I let pride get the best of me. At the end, I felt like I was being tested for my obedience to authority and I failed. Maybe the message was for me...God bless!
