Sunshine

I wake up and I see nothing. I look around and I see nothing. I walk around from place to place but yet I still see nothing. I am scared and alone. I fall to my knees hoping someone will find me. I wait and wait watching the darkness pass by until I notice a faint beam of light. I dash toward the light hoping someone is there. The light quickly disappears. I scream and shout into the darkness for the light to come back but nothing appears. Nothing happens and I feel that the darkness is taking me away. I don’t feel anything no emotions no feeling. The light unexpectedly reappears. I glance over to the light that is shining. The beam is getting brighter almost as if it was happy. At a snails pace I step to the light and it doesn’t seem to fade. When I finally arrive at the beam it turns to a golden color. I extend my hand toward the light and it feels warm and cheerful. My body quickly reacts and pulls me underneath the golden beam. The darkness fades away and the light replaces it. I can see all and hear everything that surrounds me. I look around and see trees of autumn and hear the waves of an ocean connecting to the shore. I look up and see a sphere of bright yellow and orange. Sunshine I say to my self smiling. The shimmering light makes me feel happy and delighted inside. The light shows that I am not alone scared or trapped. It says I have something to look forward to in life. I am a human being and I have a gift. It is a gift that helps the darkness disappears. It helps the sun shine at its brightest and aids people in the darkness. It brings tranquility and peace throughout the world. Although this is a wonderful thing there are still people that remain in the darkness. They have chosen for the empty darkness to take their spirit and living away. They have yet to see their true meaning in life. But, People like you and I can help these other people living in darkness and show them the sunshine of life. It is easy to assist these people living in darkness. We were put on this earth to help each other, have peace, and to live our lives out in a pleased way. But how can we do that if someone is still living in the darkness?
