OBNOXIOUS, french Brutal Thrash Death Metal band was formed in 2002. The current line-up is made up of Ludovic Mornand (vocals), Leny Zanotti (guitars)   Mathieu Deygas (guitars), Nicolas Latreille (bass) and Matthieu Gamet (drums).   

Influenced by bands sounding like At The Gates, The Haunted, Slayer, Whitechapel or even Pig Destroyer, OBNOXIOUS develops a weird and dark music, putting together sharp and efficient guitars, mid-tempo melodic moments and three powerful and vindicative voices.

After having released a demo in 2004, followed by an EP entitled « Dismal Swarming Shape » on november 2007, OBNOXIOUS is announcing its debut album        « Lab #01 » recorded at the Sonovore Studio (Furia, Destinity…) and mastered by Tommy Hansen (Hatesphere, Maroon, Illdisposed) at the JailHouse Studio.

OBNOXIOUS, groupe français de Brutal Thrash Death Metal s’est formé en 2002. Le line-up est composé de Ludovic Mornand (chant), Leny Zanotti (guitares) Mathieu Deygas (guitares), Nicolas Latreille (basse) et Matthieu Gamet (batterie).   

Influencé par des groupes comme At The Gates, The Haunted, Slayer, Whitechapel ou encore Pig Destroyer, OBNOXIOUS évolue dans une musique sombre et étrange mélangeant riffs tranchants et efficaces, passages lourds et mélodiques ainsi que trois chants vindicatifs.  

Après la sortie d’une demo en 2004, suivi d’un EP 5 titres intitulé « Dismal Swarming Shape » en novembre 2007, OBNOXIOUS sort aujourd’hui son premier opus       « Lab #01 » enregistré au Sonovore Studio (Furia, Destinity…) et masterisé par Tommy Hansen au JailHouse Studio (Hatesphere, Maroon, Illdisposed).
