Deadline to enter is May 26th, 2009.
Once you have finished and uploaded your remix, Remix Magazing, imeem and an Open Happiness Artist as well as fans across the world will vote for their favorite rendition.
The judges will be looking at the most original remixes that take the song to a new place as well as the track with the most plays, comments and top ratings.
The stems and all rights to the submissions for the remix contest will be owned by Atlantic Records.
