Last night I watched the movie THE SPIRIT, from 2008, on DVD!
It was so much fun! I love the art and animation work, very
creative & professional!

The plot was not as cool as my other favorite comic movies like Spider-Man;
Daredevil; Hellboy; Hulk; X-Men; Transformers; Iron Man; Catwoman;
The Fantastic Four; Superman; Batman; ...

Or other, non comic movies like: The Crow; Constantine; Bram Stoker's Dracula;
Interview with the vampire; Blade; Braveheart; Apocalypto; Memories of a Geisha;
Walt Disney movies and cartoons; Pirate of the Caribbean; ...

As an artist, producer and Designer, I work a lot on Graphic Designs,
Web designs, Costume designs, Make-up art and more ... this type of movies are
very inspiring for me and I see more the creative and professional art work
behind the Blockbusters!

The movie "WANTED!" was an amazing work of photography and edition in the
chasing scenes! But honestly, I love the plot as well! Really amazing movie,
just WOW!

In a couple of days Michael "Mike" Thurmeier, from the Blue Sky Studios Hollywood,
who was the Co-Director of Ice Age 3 - Dawn of the Dinosaurs and has also been
working as an animator on Fight Club; The Sopranos; Ice Age;
Horton Hears a Who (GREAT MOVIE BY THE WAY!) ... will be in town for an
ANIMATION TALK about the design & development of the story and characters!

I would love to go over, if I can fit it in my schedule!



But enough movie talk for today!

Did you ever wonder, why no matter how hard you try, things are just not moving on, in the direction that you want them to move on in? Why some people are so much more successful and lucky than you are in your life and it just seems to not to be fair, or not your destiny to also finally make it to where you want to be?

Well, in the universe everything is working in a perfect harmony and balance! Such a thing as luck doesn’t exist!

We get what we ask for, or to say it more clear: We get what we think, we deserve and we get treated the way, we think we deserve it!

So, success is a matter of attitude and if we are successful or not, can be controlled by us and is in our own hands and has nothing to do with being lucky! It gets all controlled by our own power and our own mind!

Lots of people have questions like: Will I finally find Mr. or Mrs. Right? Will I get children and be happy? Will I be successful at work and make lots of money? Will I stay healthy, or get healthy again? And so on!

The answer to all this questions is simply inside of one and each of us! If we are successful, wanted, healthy, rich, yes even young looking, … it all depends on how we see our self’s, in this big puzzle of life and how much from all that treasure, we think we truly deserve and we worth! It depends also, on how much self confidence, self appreciation and self love we have!

So the question should not be: “Will my wishes and dreams come true?” The real question should be: “Do I truly believe, that I deserve all that what I am dreaming of and that I worth it, without feeling guilty, for being more successful than others that I might even know?”

What kind of value do you give yourself, your own needs and dreams? Or do you put your needs and dreams behind the dreams, needs and wishes of others? How much do you truly believe you worth?

If you would be a product in a store, let’s say “a box full of surprises”, which should get sell in a auction, together with many other boxes; how high would be the start price you would tag on yourself and under which category of boxes would you put yourself in? With which category do you have the most things in common?



Would you belong more in the Category A?:

You would believe that you are nothing special, between all the other boxes, which all look the same, or even much better than you! That they all got produced in the same factory than you; or some might be even handmade and because of that, they are more high-class, pretty, or better than you ever will, or could be!

You would feel less, unattractive, stupid, fat, or less rich, next to the other boxes and because of that, you would feel insecurity, jealousy, intimidation and like you are always standing in there shadows.

You would maybe even feel hate and have negative feelings, thoughts and wishes for them and the need to talk bad behind their backs. You would feel discriminated, disrespected and treated bad by them. You wish to be one of the better and cool boxes and for that you would be even open to let them treat you bad, command you around like a marionette, take advantage from you, intimate you or make fun out of you and your insecurity and stupidity!

At the same time you would feel admiration for the cool boxes, because they are living the way you wish to live and being the way you wish to be, having the life you have been always dreaming of, but all those coolness seams simply out of your reach and league. You cannot compare yourself with those, because they seem to be so much better and so much more confident than you!

You would believe that you just deserve a cheap price as a box in the auction house, to at least get sell at all and not be the only one, or one of the last ones, which would be left in the shelves, so you would take whatever you can get, no matter if you like it or not, whatever it would be, it would still be better than nothing!

Unable to reach anything by yourself in your life; always depending on the charity and kindness of others, that they give you the chance and motivate you to believe, that you worth something and that you can get somewhere, in this life! Self destructive, depress and always ready for negative things to come on top of you and to happen! Low energy, powerless, servile and believing that you don’t deserve anything better. Taking advantage of whatever you can get. Grabbing the whole arm, when someone offer you a helping hand. Treating others bad, which are under you or less than you, to let your own insecurity, no satisfaction and miserable feelings out on someone! Not knowing how to handle real power! Not motivating others, being aggressive and full of anger and complexes, scared of your own power and of your own abilities! Not knowing how to keep the balance!

All this doesn’t sound good!




Or would you belong more in the Category B?:

Between all the other boxes out there, you would believe that you are a very special one; which deserves the highest possible price and the best treatment and care, because it is beautiful and absolutely perfect exactly the way it is; a unique peace; built in very high quality hand craft, of a real professional maestro; out of the best and most exclusive materials and with lots of love!

You would be thankful to your creator for all what he has done for your; feel proud of what you are; proud of all the surprises and talents which would be in your box; have self admiration for how far you made it on your own, or with the help of others; be glad and enjoy what you already reach in your life; you would have self appreciation and have respect, care and love for yourself and all the other boxes out there; without being snobby, priggish, or arrogant!

You would be a great example for others and help them to also find their way and their destiny in life; without taking advantage, or having any bad or negative thoughts in mind!

That would show that you understand the true meaning of life and that you are connected, with the wisdom of the universe! It would also show that you become a real box, which is connected with his higher self and can let all his energies float free to reach the device purpose! Absolutely nothing would be unreachable or impossible for you, you could reach for the stars in the sky and get only the best of the best from what life has to offer you, as long as you really want it and send all your concentrated energies and passion to reach your goals and as long as you would be willing, to work hard for it and say YES to life, YES to yourself and YES to your needs and wishes! And a clear NO to everything which doesn’t match to your creative, free and independent movement and No to everything which would not make you happy and which would be not good for you or your soul!

As an example: If somebody, is already use to eat french-fries, hamburger and pizza, the whole time and already give up the fight against it and accepted that this is the reality of his life, then this person doesn’t have to wonder why he is not getting the caviar, lobster and champagne from life!

But if somebody is, as an example, strictly vegetarian and this person is not willing to eat anything else, than vegetarian food and not willing to make any kind of compromises; then no matter where this person would go, it would get served with vegetarian food; because this wish is already truly saved in the computer of the brain and this person send concentrated energies, to get that and nothing else than that and would be willing to do all necessary effort, to get it!


The essence of all the life is concentrated love and life energy! Nobody is born evil!

Depending on which lessons, we still have to learn from our life on earth, we get already born under different kind of life circumstances.

During our life time, we go through good and bad experiences, to learn our lessons of life! The character of a human being, or even of an animal, gets shaped and build, depending on what kind of experiences it had to go through, during the life time and depending in how well this being learned and understood the lessons it got!

When we come to earth and get born in material shape, we come on earth like a empty clear, green, or brown bottle. Depending on what gets filed in us, the contents in our bottle, will taste good, or bad. Sure we are caring on the Karma of our past transformations with us, but we still have the chance to clear our old Karma and make it better! (Karma means action and the consequences of our action. Positive actions, have good consequences and negative actions, have bad consequences, for us. Our Karma, we sometimes carry on with our self’s, through many transformations.)

If a piece of rock, get charged every day, with concentrated negative energies, hate and violence, it will reflect, exactly those kind of energies again! But if you charge every single day, a piece of rock, with the energy of light, love, peace and harmony, then it will reflect, exactly that to the outside!

Now if somebody wants to recharge the rock, which got charged with all that negativity and charge it instead with positive energy; first of all, it would have to take all the negativity out of it, from its root!
You cannot charge something, which is already filled, it has to get empty again, first!

Important is to always fix and heal the problem on its root, otherwise you just treat the symptoms and not the origin of the problem! For that we have to dig really deep and find the root at first and make sure that we take it out completely, without leaving anything behind. That can take a long, very painful and uncomfortable process.

Clearing all the negativity, bad habits and bad experiences of the past, is kind of like cleaning the hard drive of a computer, or opening a old purulent wound, to make it finally get healed completely! It brings us discomfort and wakes up all the bad memories and fears from our old past, from the childhood, …, but that is the only way to let our wounds get finally healed and to stop carrying on all this heavy weight of the past around with us, by treating the wound and the illness of our mind, on its root and facing the problems and not running away from them anymore!

The secret of a healthy life, is to keep the perfect balance, the yin and the yang, the good and bad, …

The misbalance in the soul, is what creates us problems, depressions, illnesses, …

In my way of believe and seeing life, all the physical and mental illnesses, have their roots in our karma and in our mind and at the end, all of them got created by our self, so the best recipe for a healthy and happy life, is to start searching within our soul, for the damage and the misbalance and fix it from its roots!

A goal, fill with honesty, passion and true love, is the one which really worth it, to work very hard and fight for, with all our strength and power!

Anything else, would be just a wasting of very expensive and precious life time!

As human beings, we always should try to have a perspective in life, a vision bigger than us and beyond everything already existing!

Without a goal, a vision or a perspective, we lose the reason to keep on living!

Lifetime and youth going wasted, will never get back to you again and you might regret the waist some day!

Death is a new beginning, a new birth, a transformation from concentrated energy, locked in material shape, into floating light and life energy, completely independent and free, from time, place and space! This concentrated energy floats free and leaves the old links and weights of the life behind! But the death is also something that should not get provocated to come, it should come when is time and the destiny decided, to keep the perfect and sensitive balance in the universe!

There is nothing to be afraid of, that would stop us from living free and with no links, as long as the real strength is coming through a deeper knowledge and this is something that no one can take away from us! Fear gets built when we just camouflage the strength, trying to hide ourselves behind our protection walls. Fear also gets built out of not knowing the deeper reasons and connections of life!

Marriage is in the eyes of most people, such an old fashion institution. In lots of cases, people marry, have children, the man has a fix job, everyday following the same old routine at work. The woman takes care of the house, the children, cooks, cleans and sometimes even goes to work, as well. Before they realise life is pretty much over for them.

The couple starts getting fat, ugly, let themselves go, get more and more unhappy and starts remembering the nice good old days and all the fun and great times they use to have being singles. In lots of cases, the couple starts cheating on each other and at the end get divorce, regreting even geting married! And as a symbol for their marriage, there is of course the wedding ring!

Well, I hear and know alot of those cases! But the story I want to tell you guys today is a bit different than the standard!

I did pretty much everything in my life that a human being can possibly do, in a modern civilizated world, to have some really good time and lots of fun! Sex, drugs, alcohol, make-up, fashion, party, clubbing, traveling around the world, … there is not really much that I could say that I didn’t try jet!

For some people that is nothing to be really proud of, I just don’t really care! I do believe that experiences in life are very important, they make you grow, get stronger and have more choices in life. You give your self the chance to find out, what is the best and right thing for you to do, without following standard ways, just being free to be your self and create your life the way you want it to be and makes you happy! Completely individual like one and each of us!

After many years of freaking out and enjoying life, I wanted to have more, somebody to share all this experience and possibilities with, a partner, a friend and somebody to share my work and private life with! Someone who would love me and take me exactly the way I am, with out that I have to make any compromises, someone which would be by my side and make me feel stronger, no matter what life would bring!

In one of my trips to Miami, I met on the beach, a really cute, sensitive, sweet, funny and handsome latin lover! He was living in Miami and studing acting over there! I was living in Germany and we knew that our summer vacation flirt and great time, would not last for ever! The time was flying and we had lots of fun together! The day for me to leave and go back to Germany was coming closer and closer, minute by minute and we just didn’t feel like geting apart any more!

After having long distance relationships in the past, I knew that that was not for me, I didn’t like the distance and all the complications such a relationship would bring!

Three month later, the day I had to leave back to Germany, we decided to just get married and stay together! My fly back was around 12 o’clock pm, so there was not much time left! We bought in downtown Miami a very sweet silver ring for me and at 09.00 o’clock am, we went to the Miami Florida courthouse and got married! Right after my new husband brought me to the airport, and two weeks later he came to Germany to stay and live there with me!

Now we are since six years together! He is four years younger than me and beyond being my best friend, also my biggest believer and supporter in no matter what I do or what we go through! Our life is everything else than boring or normal! We live on the Reeperbahn, Hamburgs party, clubbing and red-light zone; we both love sexy chicks, great food , music and movies; have 8 snakes and one cat; travel as often as just possible; work as artist together and run our companies as well and he is the producer and manager of my music!

In one of the trips, we got our self’s some really beautiful gold wedding rings, but somehow it is really hard for me to get use to wear a wedding ring 24/7, it feels very bothering and annoying after a while, so I decided to get my self a piercing ring instead! I went to a piercing studio and got my self an intimate piercing ring, which I wear now the whole time. I surprised my husband with that one and he really loves that sexy ring! To be honest, I feel more hot with it, too! It has the same symbolic meaning to me! My ring on my finger, I can wear now, whenever I really feel like wearing it.

When we got married, everybody I knew was against our marriage! My male friends, thought they lost me now on that one man and my girl friends, gave my marriage just six month before it would fall apart! Nobody believed this could work out!

What it mainly took from us to make it work, was honesty and respect for ourselfs and for each other. Knowing my self and my own needs, helped me a lot in this partnership! We can talk comletly honest about everything and because of the appreciation that we have for each other and the self-confidence that each of us has, knowing how much we mean to the other one and how much we worth; jealousy is not really a problem. We give each other freedom, space and trust! I can have a partnership with a really lovely and understanding man and at the same time be completely free to do whatever I like to do and live my needs, my dreams and wishes! That is how a lifetime commitment like a marriage should be in my opinion and not like a chain which lock you up and takes the possibility from you to keep on growing as a human being and experiencing live and its joys completely!

It was in the midle of the night, maybe one or two in the morning. Everybody in our building was already sleeping deep, when we suddenly hear the alarm siren, which wakes all of us up. "Hurry, hurry,…" was everybody screaming, "we have to hide our selfs, to protect our selfs, or we would all die"! We were all scared to death. Everybody were just in panic, switching off all the lamps and lights, to not call the attention, that there was a building standing there, where human would be living in.

All the people from our building were running in the darkness, down the stairways to the basement and from there to the garage to hide.

We were all still wearing our sleeping cloth, there was no time to change cloth or to even take any personal things with us!

When we got to the garage, alot of our neighbors were already sitting there, covered from the darkness, in the most hided corner, at the end of the garage. It was freezing cold and we were all shaking from panic and from the low temperatures!

The memories are still so awake, like it just happened yesterday! I still feel a deep sadness and pain when I remember what we all had to go through, in those nights and it makes me feel like crying, even after all this years!

The children were crying, the grown ups were trying to keep them quiet, to not call the attention!

I was just around 7 years old, when all that was happening to us.
In the corner of our street, there was a huge hospital, with a lot of sick and wounded people in it! The irakis were mainly attacking and bombing, hospitals, villages, towns and unprotected humans.

And there it was again, we heared the bombs falling, like they would be falling right next to us! The alarm siren were crying and the bombs falling! We could hear the sounds of the jets and the airplains which were bombing us, right on top of our heads!

Scared to death and panic was what everybody felt it those unforgetable nights! The mothers were protecting their children with their own bodys and covering the ears of the children, for them to not hear the crash of the bombs on the earth!

Untill the bomb attacks were finally over and we all could go back to our beds and keep on living our lifes, if we were lucky enough to survive those days and nights and not loose the roof on top of our heads!

Awful and unforgetable days and very scary nights! In a war where everybody is a victim, innocent people, woman and children getting attacked, for the conflicts of there countrys!

The irakis were droping bombs in the shape of puppets, dolls, toys and chocolate bars in the small towns and villages, for the children! The children are the future of a country, so those are the ones which should die first, for a country to not be able to get rebuild by their children, one day again! When the little innocent girls and boys picked up the puppets, dolls and toys from the floor, happily to play with it; the bombs which were hided in those things exploded in their little hands and the children died, and those which were standing around losed there arms, their legs, if not their hads! When the children picked up the chocolate bars happily to eat the sweets and candys that they found, it exploded in there little mouth and in their little hands and they all died, and those which were around losed ther fingers, eyes, feet, or their hearts!

After the sleepless nights, hiding in the dark from the bomb attacks, the school were expecting us on the next morning, where our teachers were telling us, how wonderful and brave it would be from us, to sign up, to go to the war and die as a hearo to protect our country and people! God would be expecting us in heaven with his angels and celebrating with us! We could be the whole pride of our contry! It would be a honor for us to have such a privilege right to not just die as a regular human, but die as a hero and go directly to paradies where God and his angels would be already expecting us to celebrate with us, what we did for our country and the alive ones!

Lots of children sign up after getting brain washed day by day in school, from the teachers! I was one of those kids who was about to sign up also, to die as a hero for my country and to celebrate with God in paradise, as they were promising us, but my grandparents and mother reacted right away and sent me out of the country, to my father, to Germany!

My friends and some other children, got picked up, right after they signed up and eather us, or their parents and families, ever saw them again! Their parents came after school to pick up their children and they just hear from the school and the teachers, that their children went to die as a hero in the war, for their county and that we all have to be so proud of them for what they did! The parents were under schock and could not believe what was happening there. They did not get informed, contact, or asked for allowness, before the school took their children away from them, forever. They were not even able to say goodbye to their children for the last time, before they went to die!

In the war, the soldiers were putting bombs all around the little bodys, of those innocent children, small girls and boys, and sending them before anyone else to the line of fire, to go as far as possible close to the tanks from the irakis and throw them selfs under the tanks, to explode together with those tanks! When the children exploded with the tanks and died, the way was free, for the real soldiers to go to the line of fire and start shooting those irakis soldiers which were still left alive!

There were so many young and old man dying in that war, that there were not enough young, potential man still left alive in the country, to fight.

Everyone which had the money or the possibility, started selling their whole lifes, leaving the country immediately and trying to get as far as possible away from all that!

The war keepd going on, over eight endless years and the army needed more and more soldiers and heroes, which were open to die to protect their country, so women and children started signing up for the war and giving there lifes for the conflicts of their goverment!

The day the war was finally over, what was left from the population inside the country, was mainly women, children, old, sick, or wounded people from the war!

This is the truth story of what I went through and what was happening during the time of that war! Many people lose peaces of their bodys, their health, their lifes, their family members, mothers, fathers, brothers, sisters, children, …, their roofs, everything they owened, …, their dreams of a life in peace and feedom, …!!!

My grand grandmother was from Egypt, she married my grand grandfather there and they got a little daughter, who was my grandmother! After years, my grand grandparents got appart. My grand grandfather married a woman from Persia and he went with his daughter (my grandmother) to persia to live with his new wife there.

My parents got divorced when I was little and my mother and I were living in the USA, with the rest of our family members, until I got 6,5 years old. In that age I went to persia to visit my grandparents, which were living there. It was the time of the revolution in persia and the time when the war just got started. My family decided to send me to germany, when I was 8 years old, for me to live with my father and stepmother, which was living in south germany. They did that to protect me from the war and so I had to get appart from my loving home, family members, friends and worse than all that from my mother, the most important person in my life!

That is the main reason why I produces my song "Appart from you"!

Since I am a child I have some really big fears, injections, Doctors and Hospitals!

I saw my, Grandparents and parents in the hospital and that stayed in my memory as a very painful and sad experience!

On me, everything is natural and real, I don't like artificial things and beauty surgeries!

I grow up with a stepmother. I started getting woman shapes already in the age of 9. When I was 15, my stepmother wanted me to make a plastic surgery and make my breasts smaller, because they grow up so huge! She even choose a Doctor which suppose to do that. I was fighting against it with all my energy and all my will!

When I started modelling, acting and working as a dancer and an artist in the age of 20, my agent wanted me to make even a beauty surgery to get some breast implants, to have bigger breast, for her to be able to promote me better and get me more jobs! It was like most of the time all about money, but not about the human which is involve and have to go throw that!

Lots of times stranger people, even woman, in the clubs already put bet on my breast, to find out if those are real, or not!

Lots of girls that I met during the years had already between one and twenty surgeries behind, just to look more perfect, following the norms of the society and the idols they create in there minds! But no matter how many surgeries they made, they could not feel over a long time, the emptiness and the insecurity that they had in there soul! On my trips to the USA I met even girls with implants in there breast and bottoms, …

As more surgeries they made and as more time, money, thoughts and care they invest in there outside beauty, as more empty, blunt, superficial, snobbish and stupid they were getting inside and being less and less real human beings and specially less and less them selves!

Most of the girls I met which were falling in the hand of the surgeons and following the beauty rules of the society, were outside very secure, strong, beautiful and successful ladys, but deep inside, the place that nobody wanted to see, they were very insecure, lonely, depress, hurt, vulnerable and already very wounded little girls, living in a porcelain cage which could break any moment, searching for acceptant and some real love!

I believe that the pressure is coming from the media and the society and a lot of woman fall in that sad game! They make plenty of surgeries, instead working on them selfs and learning to love and accept them selves the way they are!

No human being is in the eyes of the human perfect! But at the end, the nature is always perfect and everything got created exactly the way it suppose to be, for a specific reason! We all get old and die one day and under the skin cover, we are all just flesh, fat, bone, …

When we decide to truly spend our time and our lives with others, no matter if as fix life partners or friends, what truly counts in our decisions is, how those people are in there inside and what kind of characters and personalities they have!

So you tell me, does it worse it, that woman and man, make surgeries, risk their health and their lives, just to look like an artificial puppet, to follow the norms of the society, or to feed there inside emptiness and insecurity about them selves?
